CRAIG TAYLOR SOFTWARE Christian Midi Files |
|
Craig Taylor Software produces high quality midi files for use in Church services of any denomination. Currently available is the Australian Hymn Book (1992) as a complete library, which numbers over 650 individual tunes. Each of the tunes is sequenced to replicate a church organ.
Also available are midi file supplements to match the music supplements published by Resource Christian Music of Melbourne. These files are presented as a collection of tunes on each disk to replicate the printed music books and the audio CD arrangements. These supplements are available from Resource Christian Music which can be found under ‘Other related sites’.
A full listing of the available items can be found under the buttons to the pages on the left of the page. Individual tune listings can be obtained via the ‘List’ link within each item. If you wish to order any of the items or require further information please complete the ‘Enquiry Form’ at this site or email on the below address with your query.
The midi files are distributed by Craig Taylor Software and can be bought through this site via the online shop, or your local music supplier.
Unless otherwise shown all midi files are GM/GM2/GS compliant, and up to P&W Supp. 30,designed to use less than 32 voices, and were created using Roland Sound Canvas technology on a GS64 Sound Expansion module. All files are then checked to ensure they meet SMF & Roland standards. From Supp. 30 a 64 voice standard has been used. These files are not designed to be played on “game” sound cards but on higher quality sound modules or keyboards e.g. Korg, Kawai, Yamaha & Roland keyboards & modules (SC-7,SC-55,SC-88,SSC-1,etc……)
*** Royalties are paid on all midi files produced by Craig Taylor Software, whether through Australian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society or by commercial agreement through the publishers via RCM. Craig Taylor Software seeks no performance royalties for the use of its midi files provided those files are used for religious purposes and not commercial gain by the end user. |
